Our friendly support team is focused on assisting your guests promptly and professionally.  We do not use any confusing menus or prompts to reach our 24 x 7 hotel support / 24 x 7 guest support team.  Guests simply dial our toll-free number and choose Option 1 for technical support and their call is promptly routed to one of our own support team members where over 95% of our calls are answered in under 60 seconds.  Answer I.T.'s technical support team is not outsourced allowing us to maintain higher standards of (High Speed Internet Access) HSIA Internet support.

Our hospitality technical support services includes free HSIA support for administrative offices, public spaces, business centers and meeting / conference rooms.  All hotel Internet support calls are logged and usage / ticket summary reports are available for you to review through our online Client Website.  In-room table tents are available which clearly display our toll-free Technical Support number and common toubleshooting steps.

We also monitor your network status and notify the property of suspected HSIA network outages and the recommended steps to resolve the issue.  Answer I.T. supports all types of hospitality high-speed Internet access networks including Wireless, Ethernet, VDSL and HPNA.  At your request, we will work wtih your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to resolve technical issues related to the ISP's connectivity to the property.

Our "Client Website" allows you to check usage reports, ticket summary reports and the up / down status of your properties LAN devices such as Wireless Access Points.  Report data is saved for a full 12 months.  You can generate reports on any date range you wish and even run a day-of-week trend report to see what days are historically the busiest.  Reports can be downloaded to Excel for archiving or further review.

Answer I.T. offers comprehensive network planning and installation for projects of all sizes.  By reviewing your building's floor plans and FF&E layout diagrams our team will advise you on a network deployment strategy best suited for your project.  From the ISP drop to the individual cable runs and terminations, Answer I.T. will work with your electrician or low-voltage installers to plan for equipment placement, wall jack locations, wireless deployment, and more.
