Hosted PBX

The hosted PBX solution provided through our partner company allows you to dramatically simplify your phone system administration by reducing the number of vendors you deal with and eliminate the need for maintaining old technology. This next generation PBX replaces legacy PBXs with either Mitel AS or a series of Adtran 924s and includes an IP interface to your Property Management System for check-in, check-out and other personalized services.

Out-bound Calling

Enhanced SIP trunking for out-bound dialing at a fixed monthly fee. Rather than paying for unused dial-tone, you pay a flat amount that is drastically lower than traditional carriers’ rates. As the only vendor certified to attach to the major carriers networks, our PBX partner is able to improve the call quality within our data center, rather than leaving you at the mercy of your ISP.

In-bound Calling

Direct-inward-dialing (DID) aggregation is also offered at a fixed monthly rate. In-bound calling service offers the flexibility to easily route in-coming calls to alternate locations in the event of a power or line outage at the property - eliminating lost reservations.

Hosted Voicemail and ACD

Hosted voicemail and ACD includes an auto-attendant, voicemail boxes, IVR, call gating, and an IP interface to your Property Management System – all at a flat monthly rate.
